Yui should be fighting the Rathalos instead of buffing her team since her Garuda Guitar deals Massive Criticals. But she's too mentally challenged to realized that.
Mio and her Fire Based 'Basarios Rock' is useless against Rathalos and should've been in the back buffing. Her scaredycat personality is more of a liability reinforced the fact that she shouldn't be fighting.
Ritsu is the only battle competent with her Tigrex Hunting Horn, although the negative critical would cause her trouble. She would stand a better chance with Blangonga (ice) based weapon.
Conclusion: The team will get their ass handed to them by Rathalos.
