It won't make a lot of sense.. The SEED is supposed to reflect the eye color of the user. The one in the PV is probably Athrun's SEED.
Shinn = Red
Kira = Purple
Athrun = Green
Cagali = Yellow
Lacus = Blue (Lacus entering SEED mode has never been animated, but i'm sure the SEED is blue.)
