Finally watched ViVid 23 complete(albeit in chinese xDU). It it follows apparently the beginning of the second stage of the tournament, and it's centered around Miura and the introduction of her opponent Signum Mk. II(aka. Bus Slayer Kendo-girl).

Spoiler for Synopsis:

The chapter begins with Otto and Deed following Kendo-girl during one of her practices, they go to a car yard where people that already know her take an old bus with two cranes and then swing the vehicle at her by releasing one of those. Signum Mk. II make a quick slash cutting the bus in half and then both halfs into halfs themselves Otto and Deed are pretty impressed(ironic taking into consideration that Otto can anhilate an entire miitary base nearly all by herself xDU).

Then we got some scenes with Vivio's crew plus Nanoha and Fate apparently commenting on their results of the first stage and preparing for the second. The focus then is shifted on Miura who is really nervous for her debut fight on the big stage while Vita and Zafira try to calm her down, it's finally a mail from Vivio & friends the thing that do the trick by making the nervous girl laugh and thus getting her to be relaxed, Miura then recognizes the strenght of her opponent as also remembering her training with the Wolkenritter. Miura cast her Armour(i like her design, looks like a combination between Signum and Zafira's respective Knight Armours). Signum Mk. II also cast her Miko-Samurai Barrier Jacket and both contenders enter the arena, Miura is ready to start her first big fight but the action will begin on the next issue.

It's showtime, GO MIURA! xD
