She's technically golden blond. It's just that the colorization in the SSX booklet makes her look semi red due to the sunlight shinning on her.
3am and was board so I decided to see how many I could get off the top of my head. I think I have them all except maybe the one I guess for the top left corner, and the random characters they decided to introduce all in one chapter since I didn't think they'd be worth remembering.
EDIT: I didn't notice before but poor Otto. Destined to a living wall forever. =/
