Well, its just a bit too early for that in ep 10. Usually when someone declares a mutually felt love, we get that at the very end of a series since it means all the conflicts are resolved or further on the path to resolution in any case. One way confessions are more the norm at this point (or a bit earlier) as well as a pairing getting closer; should be on the way soon though...
I definitely agree with you guys that the snow melting away over the message in stones will probably play a part in all of this, but as usual only time will tell...
