This reminds me of a poster back in my high-school class. It was titled '15 reasons why a beer is better then a woman.'
Some of the examples include 'a beer is always wet' or 'a beer won't get angry when you go for another one'
There was also a '15 reasons why a dog is better then a man' but unfortunately it wasn't anywhere near as funny.

Aoshen's subs are more accurate on this one. Kuroko mentions an
outsider with Psychic powers ('gaibu no ningen' 'human from outside') not a 'normal human.' Since Kuroko doesn't know of the existence of mages (which means that to her, anyone with powers has to be a Psychic), and since Psychics outside of Academy city are rare, she was quite surprised by the retaliation.
