Gram or Balmung, depending on the legend. Additionally, the sword is made of a celestial metal (thanks to Odin). Yet... I wonder if he'll keep his Shroud of Shadows (allows him to disguise himself as anyone). It would be truly great irony if he was betrayed by his master, as that is what happens in his legend. Brunhilde, who loves Seigfried, is the wife of King Guenther of Burgundy. Because he had been bewitched by a potion of love by the King's sister, Kreimhild, he no longer loves her and at one point, greatly offends her. Brunhilde demands his death, only to learn how Kreimhild had caused the debacle to begin with. After Siegfried is killed, Brunhilde kills everyone responsible before killing herself on his funeral ship. Yeah, that legend does NOT have a happy ending.

Note: Brunhilde is married to Guenther because Siegfried disguises himself as him to defeat her in combat, which is no easy task. You overpower a Valkyrie.
