I really liked Seitokai :'(. You know, I never really thought of it as a romance/ecchi anime at all. I completely saw it as a comedy anime (which is my #1 comedy anime), well maybe just a tad bit of romance but nothing major. IMO it's not really ecchi either...well I hope you come back to it in the future if your looking for a comedy anime, assuming you thought it was funny from watching a few episodes.
