Neji (Fast as HELL)

Shikamaru (Need a plan before you get there.)
Infiltration:
Hinata (Hell, other ninja think she's harmless, though she'd need contacts.)
Ino (Mind swiching)
Shikamaru (Plan. Yeah he's pretty much allmost allways useful.)
Sakura (She IS book-smart)
Shino (Info from bugs as in the paper test in the chuunin exam)
Power:
Naruto (Kyuubi nothing. Gamabunta is de' boss.)
Gaara (And Gamabunta's kid sidekick, the sand wonder)
Chouji (Need to have his dad teach him the gojira trick, but he's part way there)
Lee (Not REALLY a part of this, since if he uses his most destructive technique he will probably die, but still in a pinch)

Overall: (This is assumeing everyone shuts up and listens to shika)
Neji- (Scouting, Hand to hand (bloody death touch), Morale officer)
Shikamaru- (Planning, Captures, Productivity)
Temari- (Long range, Genjitsu (well, in the anime, she can vanish and reappear. In the manga....heh, well you should know what she can do if you read the manga 214+), Looks good in miniskirt/'company tail')
Sasuke(sans seal)- (Sharringan, Hand to hand, cheerful attitude.)
Lee- (Absurd taijitsu skill with the weights off, speed, group stylist)
If Sasuke is sealed/unavailable either-
Gaara- (Sand, Sandier, Friend to children.)
Or
Naruto- (Gamabunta, Kyuubi, Calm and reflective)
