I recently just discovered anime and have quickly become addicted. I have not seen school rumble, but here are a few romantic/comedy series' that I have really enjoyed.
Special A: This series is very good and you can relate to the characters, the ending is decent
Kamisama Hajimemashita: This is one of my favorites and has a very heart warming ending!
Gakuen Alice: This anime plays more on the cute factor and has immense humor and is worth watching.
