Problem#1:To resolve the situation about harems...all you have to do is ask the artist to draw a copy of another harem or a specific person you like. That way, everyone is happy and your create more jobs since more artists are to hired to create copies.
Problem#2:To solve the problem about them creating chaos with their powers. Just ask the artist to draw them without powers.
Obviously, the anime characters are drawn to be real life like. See? Simple solutions to balance the world.
