ネジ
Neji

Neji in Japanese means a screw. I checked dictionary but didn’t find any other meanings than a screw, and can’t find any similar sound words with more understandable meaning. Anybody else in Hyuga clan have their name related to the Sun or at least some type of light. But not Neji... Anyway, the word "screw" can be related to his Taijutsu, Kaiten. The movement of Kaiten looks like a screw.

海野イルカ
Umino Iruka

Controversy about his last name. Official charactor book doesn't mention his last name. But in some Weekly Jump shows his last name as Umino. So Naruto fans believes (and maybe confirmed in some sort...) that his last name is Umino.
海 (Umi) means ocean. 野 (No) means field. But 海の makes Umi an additives.
And Iruka is a dolphin.
So, his name is a dolphin in the ocean.
