Don't see why CV needed the nerf, and buffing HEAL!? Oh god...at least cleanse is getting a huge bonus, able to cancel exhaust/ignite will make it much more attractive than flash for champions who lack an escape mechanism, especially with the flash CDI. Totally saw that one coming
