You know what this OVA monologue of CC from 2009 just clearly indicates.
if ever Lelouch is alive, sure thing is, C.C. and Lelouch is not together.if ever he lives. Clearly the staff , production crew, etc overall Sunrise is balancing the pairing wars with this...
