Same difference. Most of us are well aware that Duo Jr, Quaterine, and Trowa Phobos only look like them. Doesn't stop us from calling them clones because, thematically speaking, that's exactly what they are. Sumisawa couldn't even be bothered to make new appearances for them. Or new names, for that matter.
