I was talking about her role as character... Most of that image don't need her on Haruhi's role (that would be Taiga).
About the quality, well, half of it are static images (they are easy for good artist). However, the opening and and they standing on the wind are damn good too. The wind scene seens to be only 5 or so frames, using the blinking shadows to give a more animated feeling... The begining is just another proof Japan got all fan animators.
