Ah, thanks for clearing that up. In fact there are a lot of bands that start with 'Velvet' so I think there's one more I'm missing. But at least now I know from Velvet Underground now.
As for visual kei, yeah that's what I meant. The band I was actually reaching for too starts with Velvet, headed by Yoshiki of X Japan fame I believe.
Either way sorry for the confusion in the end.
