Cultural festival in Haru's school. Scarlet Rain + Blood Leopard of Prominence comes to visit. So does Ash Roller. The female members of Nega Nebulus aren't pleased by this (presumably because of Haru's luck with girls). Unknown BB players invade Haru's school during this time. Meanwhile, Accel Research Society continues its conquest of the Accelerated World, with this volume focusing on Magenta Scissors' actions.

We get to see Magenta Scissors again. I wonder if she will be joining ARG now since she is the only linker with BIC who is not affiliated with ARG. Meanwhile, Haru is so dead.
