I don't know how it works in Japan, but it's quite common here for live broadcasts to be delayed by a few minutes in case an incident happens. The video could also just be solely to trick the readers. I'm not exactly sure which term he used when he told Aqua to watch the broadcast with him. Perhaps it was vague enough that it's possible he's actually just rewatching the broadcast which ended hours ago.

But it is not a double suicide. Aqua made it look like Kamiki attacked him and they fell from the cliff by accident during a fight.
