Imagine if rather than adapting all existencial crisis from the movies and deep animation, this tv series will adapt the manga content that had to be cut due to ridiculously adult robot sex.

Yeah, talk about it. At the shortest, 1.5 years away.
I know the only people that will watch it are the old anime veterans and a year passes in a blink of the eye, but should try to keep announcement to release as short as possible

Toho owned Science Saru dampens any hype. Along with this franchise being mid at best post-SAC in terms of adaptation, I'm sure the manga is fine.

Eh? IMHO TOHO genrerally has the best productions out of all big production companies. And this new GITS seems to be an actual manga adaptation if announcmernt ios any indication.
