Going to be completely honest knowing how Dxd is bombarded with characters, I don’t think he’s ever going to complete his peerage. Nor do he really needs to when he just got ingvild and barely did anything in shin with lacking screen time knowing how important she is to his nobility

That's totally a fair point.

No harm in ambiguity in the end.

At the very least he should use that Mutant Rook.

He needs the firepower.

Pawns can be left vacant.

Maybe touched on in a sequel series.

It will turn out Shalba had a daughter who comes after Issei for revenge but falls for him. So he uses his pawns on her. Really need to spit on Shalba grave for what he did to Issei and almost did to Asia.

It would feel too forced since we just got Ingvild.

I'm thinking it could be possible if there would another Belzebuub maybe could like a Vali's Student rather than a new member of Issei's Harem.

Considering Ishi's liking for Xenovia she would end up having a Maou's Descendant in her Peerage.

I have think that having some of Junior's Girls used for complete the Peerage of some members of Main Cast would make Ishi avoid the effort of making new characters and moreover the Junior's Cast involved with the Main Cast could help the reception and popularity of Junior itself.

Given Xenovias impact on the Junior cast it's solid thinking, from what we've seen these Junior girls are pretty socially awkward not unlike Xenovia herself. Zekkas hatred of breasts throws her into question. Lilebette is worse than Xenovia. Schwertleite seems to be the antithesis of Rossweisse and Avi seems fairly ok if not overly bubbly. Maybe not good for Issei, buy Xenovia Peerage material sure.
