Sanada Yuuta died of old age and woke up younger in another world. Right after he woke up, the village he was in was attacked by goblins. Guided by a village girl he fought off the goblins. But what surprised him was the actions he took gave him a "job" pertaining to the actions (Lvl 1). The act of fighting gave him Soldier job, using sword and bow gave him Swordsman and Archer respectively. By the end of the battle he even got The Hero job.

After the battle he saw the village girl talking cheerfully to an ikemen and was heartbroken, deciding to travel and build his own harem. But the first harem member is an ossan?

At first he got tendency to be charmed by any girl even a lil bit pretty, but quickly gave up when there's ikemen around them

It shares similarity with Dorei Harem, especially the job thing and the traits of boukensha. But unlike the dull Dorei Harem which characters have no soul, this is better. Earlier chapters are quite confusing, the writing is all over the place, but gradually getting better.

I got quite sick of all the "I would never kill another human (in the middle of battlefield causing instead his allies to die)" or "I will regret klling this dirty scum that tried to rape a 6 year girl for the rest of my life" (while most interestingly killing demons that have almost the same traits as humans and are often much less of a scum than the humans rarely causes them any psychic trouble).
