Specifically, check which codec was used to encode the file and which one is used to render the file. Another thing to check is the Render Method of your Media Player. If you are using Media Player Classic, you can change how the video is rendered. This can make a big difference; however, since it only happens on specific files, it seems unlikely. Often "System Defualt" is a poor choice. The problem you're having could just be the way it was encoded, but more likely its a codec incompatability. |
