Seeing it with low quality was really annoying, but I guess it's a low price to pay to watch it a day before the sub version come out :P
P.D: Hecate is the only one walking next to Yuji, or is Sydonay doing it too? Keyhole got a major lag in that moment so I only saw Bel-Peol bowing.

Someone was streaming the episode in pretty good quality so I closed my keyhole, PM if you want the link
Anyways I really liked the episode, JC Staff is doing some good job here so far. I also loved the cut for the OP/ED, the full versions of the songs were not the best to say the least but they really made them work here. @darktruth Spoiler for episode 1:

Third Season have a kinda different feel from the previous two, may be because it is the final season, hope it will be as good as Toradora. |

ah there goes the emotional disappearance.. .>-> the emotion felt in the first episode feels like fake or forced because it's just the first episode but they played the Yuuji disappearance right from the beginning. That's why I hate the second season *^* then JC staff really goes with few minutes of fan service in the bath scene.
From the OP they will will show lots of new characters and I wish JC Staff don't start cutting budgets out of no where while they are doing introduction and battles like they always do. So far they are doing great on it by watching it as a stand alone episode and not a direct continuation because I can't really felt the disappearance of Yuuji at all on this episode. The ending part is also quite nice with Yuuji taking the throne. It might felt past but the same time. Just felt nice

When the singing became more intense. The scenes just became more epic, the drum ending with the various characters was also great I approve of this opening and animation. Now we just need the ending and we're set

Finally, it starts. Its nice to be back in Shana world after so long. But I'm not sure what to make of the new (huge) development... Though I reckon things will clear up as the season progress. And I couldn't help but laugh at Yuji's new look. Too bad he's missing an epic hat *coughlulucough* Btw, where is that sunglass old man go? Was there something at the end of 2nd season that I'm not remembering? He doesn't seem to be there in the preview either..

This is the season of Great OP, and ShanaIII's definitely didn't disappoint.
A rather slow start to the story (Just like every other show -_-), they didn't skip a beat with the momentum by re-re-introducing the characters again- you could watch finish SnSII again and jump back right into the start of S3 which I suspect a number of people do. Though to be honest if I didn't catch at least some of the spoilers beforehand alot more question would pop up in my head. But hey, Fall is the season of complicating plots right? To hell with SoL and relaxing story with simple themes

From where this is all heading. Those who have long forgot what happened in this series. You'll have to rewatch the seasons again to catch back up, they are going right into plot advancement it seems.
