Sounds and looks like the next Mekaku City Actors in the making and like kind of a Fujoshi thing mainly, especially considering Animate is like THE fujoshi outlet. If this turns out to be anything other than a music video series and a bit of a cash grab off of the very lucrative and emerging fujoshi market I'll be pretty surprised. Not being part of that market or demo though kind of limits the potential for something like this with me I would imagine, just can't but notice and comment on the major upswing in music anime over the last little while in the wake of Love Live! School Idol Project that was pretty much a given.

^Nah, I'd say Tsukiuta is more inspired by Utapri with less fabulous but more varied in term of songs.
Also, It's more a drama cd series with songs, than something like Mekaku. It's not the first time we have drama CD adaptation, not even the first this year. I don't deny it's more female oriented and a cash grab though. Especially with those composers and seiyuu combination. Interestingly enough, most of the composers' works aren't what you'd expect for idol songs. Especially Machigerita and Kikuo who are more known for their nightmare fuel songs. Thankfully, Machige is going with more sexy J-rock. Kikuo in other hand still sounds yandere as hell . |

Is he that bad? I've heard him only in Shingeki no Bahamut and thought he was alright there (although I admit, I thought that it was a female voice in the beginning ). |

He's much better at singing, and I have a sneaking suspicion that he got into voice acting to further his career as a singer (no wonder he's only getting pretty boy roles so far). |
