thought about non-information
well, there has been quite a long time since i found myself seeing the decline of french tv programs "quality".
for example, there were some news on possible *terrorist* (azf) attacks this week. they intended (written in a message) to put some bombs on railways all over the country. well, fine. but i got informed by the herald tribune of that! there hasn't been a single line on that event. only 2 days later we got to know that. well ... but again, the day the media decided to speak about that, some well known singer died. what's the link? at the beginning of every flash news, they announce the headlines. the 1st one was this attack that didn't happen. fine. the devellopment of the news begins with ... 10 minutes on the life of that singer! (the magazine lasts 15 minutes) i'm really ashamed that strangers know more about what's happening here than i am ...

France? where is that again? isnt that next to australia?
yeah. no american is less aware. i can tell you that. it is equally frustrating being told of your troops being decimated (VIA cnn) when you still think that that they are fueling for a battle... it is bound to happen... probably did happen with sadaam oh shit! they destroyed my tank brigade! *30 minutes later* Aide: sir! tank brigade distroyed by the dharbi-kan dam! Sadaam: I know you idiot! Aide: (thinks) how did he know? |
