There is a subplot in "Honey and Clover" which has this element, and it is done quite well from both perspectives. Even though it is a subplot, it's definitely dealt with more maturely than many series where it is the focus.

P.S. it's also the greatest anime ever made, scientifically proven as such.

Anyway, recommendation:

How about Toshiue no Hito (An Older Woman)? The name is a giveaway, but there's a caveat or two: one, there's nudity and sexual situations, so if that's not what you want then you know; also, despite the female lead being an "older woman," she looks a lot younger than her age.

I didn't like it much though most people who read it seems to agree with it.
