I didn't like Lucky Star, but I had seen the deer scene with Tsukasa on YouTube. She too talked and acted like a toddler. If those characters were 4 or 5, then I think that their behavior could be considered normal, but if they're 15 or 17 then the only explanation is that they have the mental age of a four-year old. |

Don't take it so seriously. They're comedy characters, they can't be serious or epic, they must be ridicoulous or childish, clumsy or dull. Remember: it's comedy, not a soap opera, and characters act charicaturally sometimes.

My vote: Lion-tan and Wonder Woman.
On Fuuko and Tsukasa and their intellect levels and their worth as "moé" characters. Think of them as Hosaka in SaiGAR, Hosaka was voted, by most of people, for the lulz. |

Well I was going to be a little rage-ous... but then... then I saw this beautiful thing.... makes me want to ... extremly thank the creator? ... hmm... but either way... I might have been a tad bit happier if it was Miyako ... but Yuuko works..
anyone know the reaoning for Yuuko? I guess she was second monotone seiyu? If so, yea!!! Now the really hard part... picking a replacement name for my signature. |

those more resembles the act of character being childish... which is pretty normal imo... i've friends irl who're like them... in fuko's defense... when one is really engrossed in what you're doing one can get really agitated when an outside force disturbs you... it's just like when you're so engrossed in a game you're playing that you can quickly get angered by your mom/gf calling you to have lunch... and this was fuko making something for someone she holds dear... and in tsukasa's defense... her reaction was pretty normal... who wouldn't run away from animals who have the tendency to cause bodily harm? though the crying was pretty childish but that's normal for the character that she is as shown throughout the anime that you didn't bother to watch... ps: you should know the character you are bashing before you start bashing... if you know the character then fine please explain to us why you don't like that character... you don't even have to explain why just as long as you know the character you are hating... i for one know that if you really look into someone(real person or not) you can see his/her good/bad sides... you can either see a likable or dislikable part of said person and you'll learn to appreciate or hate him/her more... if you learn to like him/her that's good... but if you do learn to hate her/him more at least you know why... most hate come from prejudice imo...

Just a warning to everyone, Ando's text is missing the << >>, I think someone voted last time copying from that and forgot to put the << >>.
Spoiler for it should be:

It's odd since I have two IPs that really close to each other since they're both coming off the same university and one is given a proxy error (I've never used it before to obtain a code) and the other one can get a code just fine. Anyways, if you can't get a code and I happen to have a spare one, I'll give that one to you. |

Last match
My predictions: 2-0 (2-0) My votes: 2-0 (2-0) Reset stats for block finals! Looks like I'm doing well. I predicted really with no idea how it was going to turn out and against all odds (and fake votes), Kagami and Fuuko won. I think I might be one of the few in which this Saimoe is turning out better than last year since I find the majority of the remaining characters moe compared very few last year. Bold is my prediction, italics is my vote. Bf <<千葉紀梨乃@バンブーブレード>>(Chiba Kirino@Bamboo Blade) <<結城美柑@To LOVEる>>(Yuuki Mikan@To Love Ru) To Love Ru isn't as strong as Bamboo Blade and it's surprising that Mikan has made it so far considering Yami has lost. However, the moebun for Mikan (especially the one in the Yami outfit) has swayed me to support Mikan even strongly. Df <<坂上智代@CLANNAD>>(Sakagami Tomoyo@CLANNAD) <<宮子@ひだまりスケッチ 特別編>>(Miyako@Hidamari Sketch Tokubetsuhen) I don't think Miyako is nearly as strong as Yuno and Tomoyo is one of the strongest out of Clannad considering her performance in other moe tournaments. I know that's probably not a good gauge from Saimoe since the demographics are different, but she received A LOT of support. |

Check the results. I'll let you do the math. DO inform me about the percentage of loli, tsundere and tsundere loli that make the quarter rounds and above. Then you can easily prove me wrong.

I mean if you wanted to predict the last match based on that logic: wait, Hanyuu's a loli too and Kyou's a tsundere. |

Majority of characters fall under loli and tsundere? Since when?
Majority of character getting into the quarters and above being loli and/or tsundere. Yes, that was my point. We already know that non-loli and non-tsundere have a slim chance of actually getting near the finals. The previous years' results speak for themselves. That means that most of the other character types supported by other people will eventually be defeated long before they even get close to the finals. The percentages are pretty obvious about what kind of characters make it near the finals. The loli, the tsundere and their combo. The rest are fodder. And do check how many times LOLIS win Saimoe.
