Wow, this is by far the most screen time Maya's gotten in an episode.
And my God, was Taiga adorable or what? Humming Christmas music, playing with a leek (Too bad she didn't spin it)!? *Marks out* Last edited by typhonsentra; 2009-01-28 at 16:02. |

Whenever a new OP or ED comes out, they're inevitably compared to what they replaced. In this, I have to admit, I'm disappointed with the new OP/ED. In my opinion, neither of them was as good as what we had. Thats not to say they aren't ok. In fact had they used them first, then switched to the original, I'd have probably been happy with them. But switching to music that simply isn't as good as what we had previously is a bit of a disappointment.

So long all I've seen are comments about the OP and the ED, so I must guess there are no subs yet...
But now I'm beginning to fear for the future of Toradora!, I mean, the novels haven't been finished yet, and everybody knows what happens with novels JC Staff puts their paws on... I can only worry for the end of the series. |

The staff already got the basic outline of the plot from the author for up to volume 10, which is where they intend to finish it. It won't be completely the same (then again, nothing has been), but the general flow should be. |

Nothing's confirmed but if it moves a the pace of 2 episodes per volume that's where we'll end up. Never know, they could slow it down and have it only cover up to volume 9 and end it with an OVA. What's the episode after the next one going to be called?

Well.... that's what i call a decent reference (though the speaker name and/or a website linkage would be even better).
Here's an exceptionally arm-waving rendition (I won't call it a translation). At the current pace, we are running into parts not yet written. But we have the plot outline from Takemiya, we write from that. Though it may be different (in detail) and not a perfect match, it should flow the same. Takemiya is putting enormous perseverance into the work. .... (last part is crubby... um something like) we must work hard also (????) Whee, yes that was terrible --- someone else can take a turn and be more precise. I so fail without my dictionaries.
