KyoAni's character design diversity applying to even individual background characters continues here eh?
Tis' a shame we'll never get K-On OVA's focused on the other girls

My year ten class had a one in eight ratio of three lads to 24 girls, so I can relate on that score. Love the character details, it really makes a change from 'faceless ones' and Pani Poni's 'clone a crowd' though.

and i am talking about "class" as in "one-subject class". the one that i mention is "additional English" class since i am not native speaker you see. other class that i have usually consist 10-20 student (maximum i have i think is 25). and roughly 1:1 gender ration pretty sure in reality they just play twister

Bahahahahahahahaha! OMG! OMG! I can't breath!
*cough cough cough* *takes deep breaths* Well, ep 4 was stupendous. Heheheheh ... I haven't seen something that funny in a looooooong time. Oh, have I mentioned how much I love this series? The dreaded "napping pillow of friendship" ftw!

But that was the fun part !!!! It made you literally dizzy. Epileptic people could just skip it or something. And I still don't see how my saying the new opening is boring compared to the old one makes me a badass or that my not being an epileptic makes me a badass, especially when I knew an actually badass epileptic irl but okay. I am done whining about it.

So, episode four reveals that Nibutani is a bitch in sheep's clothing type. My interest in her just dropped quite a bit because I can't stand those two-faced types who pretend to be nice, but aren't. Still, at least there was less Rikka getting on my nerves this week and it was cute seeing her chase the umbrella. She's much more manageable in small doses. Really don't like the twin-tailed girl, though. She has all of Rikka's problems, but she's also obnoxious to boot.
At the end, I'd like to see Yuuta help open Rikka up a bit and get to the root of her problem. I definitely don't think it would be good for him to revert. Everyone has to grow up sometime and I don't think places of employment would look kindly upon someone introducing himself as the "Dark Flame Master". Now, I have nothing against role-playing as I'm an avid table-topper myself and I even have some friend who enjoy LARPing. Just can't let it rule your lives like Rikka seems to.

Today music producer Saito posted on the blog that they're working on the music for the final portions of the show. Last week Kigami posted on the staff blog that the studio was working on the climax as well. It appears that the majority of the work (we won't hear confirmation about when the seiyuu finish recording lines) for the show is done already. Perhaps that could be why the majority of the first half of the show was entrusted to DO.
