Here's a stab at the right part: "It's Rabbit-Rune(...) pyan." Rune(...) I assume is the character in the picture, I couldn't read the last character of the name so I inserted (...) in it's place. Might be Lune instead of Rune too. Pyan, I assume, is just a nonsense word inserted to make the sentence cuter.

If you don't know the kanji On or Kun reading you can try searching them by radical or by stroke count. If you don't have a kanji dictionary try this online one http://www.csse.monash.edu.au/~jwb/wwwjdic.html
