Couple of reasons:
1. Cost effectiveness. Tamashii Stage is 3 per box, for price of two of di:stage 2. Arm strength. Tamashii Stage 4 & 5 have stronger grip on the sturdiness sof the arms. 3. Inconspicuous. The stands are very thin, clear, and does not stand out like the thick stages of di:stage. 4. Size. The dimension of the Tamashii stages are small, and saves a LOT of space so you can cram more into your cases. 5. Compatibility. Not only are Tamashii usable for action figures in general, the hole in the stage are also compatible with several other Bandai toys - including all of Figuarts and Figuarts Zero. I managed to even get rid of stages for many of the Prize figures. di:stage does has its advantages though, biggest one being a diorama stand, supporting multiple figurines at once. Tamashii Stage is more for single figurines.

Hard to attach? Mine fit like a glove. A very tight fit but that's what keeps her from leaning. I also want to get the GSC version one day, but the CM is too nude for me And a friend of my is currently making this 1/7 resin Holo for me, I cannot wait for her to be completed

Woah... I really need that. I'm kinda glad my hobbysearch account's been closed, I can get this instead of the other (tons) of preorders I had. Though I still want most of those... I guess I can preorder the essentials on amiami. Sometimes I really don't know what I'm doing but oh well.

Wow, I was just scrolling through the thread and I'm not gonna lie, I'll really envious of some of you. I don't have a big figurine collection yet. I have a few gashapons, a figurine of Lain (Serial Experiments Lain), Etna (Disgaea), Clare (Claymore), Rin (Blue Exorcist), Hawkgirl and a nendoroid of Raspberyl (Disgaea 3). I keep then all in the box. I'll take a picture ifanyone wants to see them.
