What is ZenryokuZenkai suppose to mean. I know Zenryoku is suppose to mean full power. Now what is the meaning of Zenkai?

I wish that since they are redrawing so much, they can alter some of the scenes, not just some of the drawings. They can't rewrite the whole plot, but at least they can take the chance to sneak in something small - you know, replace a Vivio scene with a wholly different scene - you don't have to appease the NxF fans twice.

It means "Full Throttle". To help in the future, recognize the individual kanji:
全=All
力=Power
開=Open

So the phrase literally translated means something like "All Power, All Open". Open in this is case is as in operating a throttle.

Ahhh, thank you for tell me. Yah I do hope they fit in a few small scenes. Hopefully they could release an "OVA" where they expand on the number's character development. That would be an awesome idea.
