Kono Minikuku mo Utsukushii Sekai - interesting story about life and the earth wrapped around the relationship of two people, a bit ecchi but only in the first few eps.

The relationship between the couple is obvious and absolute as they go on an adventure while discovering their care for each other.

Karin- it's pretty good, very solid relationship that develops.

Shingetsutan Tsukihime- good anime very touching, also play the game which has been fully translated.

Utawarerumono- A bit more action then romance, but the relationship between the couple is sweet and touching, the ending was extremely good too.

Tsukuyomi: Moon Phase- This one had me confused as to whether the relationship was romantic or familial, but there was definitely chemistry between the two!

Good romance series have the couple dating and in a relationship. It's best to show the couple as boyfriend and girlfriend and dating and in a relationship. It's best to have lots of kissing scenes, some sex scenes, engagements, marriages, living together, break ups and an emotional, on and off, committed relationship. There's also divorce in some series, too.

Series which have lots of kissing and sex are really great and fun. It's best to show the couples dating and going on dates as a couple and being in a relationship.

It's much better to show the couple as boyfriend and girlfriend and dating for a long time than to have to wait for something to happen. It's so much better seeing a couple already in a relationship and going through obstacles as a couple in a serious relationship. Kissing scenes and sex scenes are fun, too.

Usagi and Mamoru from Sailor Moon are boyfriend and girlfriend and in a serious relationship, they are dating for years, they get engaged, they get married, they become husband and wife, they have a child, they become king and queen of the earth. They were also reincarnated lovers from a past life. It doesn't get any better than that.

Miaka and Tamahome / Taka 's relationship is much more serious in the manga. The manga is much longer and it shows Miaka and Tamahome being a serious couple, being engaged, getting married twice, getting engaged twice, two marriage proposals and it shows the couple being in a committed relationship and being husband and wife with a child. The manga has a second half of the series which the anime does not have. Their relationship as boyfriend/girlfriend and a serious couple in the manga is much deeper and much more mature.

Rei is Kira's boyfriend in Mars and in the 15 volumes they have a very serious, mature and committed relationship as boyfriend/girlfriend. They move in together, they have sex, they get engaged, there is lots of kissing and their relationship is mature.

Great love stories have the couple dating and in a relationship and boyfriend and girlfriend during the series. They show break ups, lots of kissing, sex, living together, engagements, marriage proposals, weddings, marriages and the relationship as a couple dating and in a relationship.

That's not quite accurate. In most episodes we always recapitulate to the main theme, which is developing and strengthening the relationship between Kaoru and Aoi. And the moments Kaoru and Aoi share together as a couple is matched or outdone by no other couple I've seen yet in any other serious romance anime, much less the competing harem ones.
