So, does anyone know where to order the cell phone straps or the 1:1 metal devices? Or are those both the whole "only order from the japanese only site and hope they come up on ebay for a very inflated price" or something?

right now they're on order only from Movic's site or mail order. I tried signing up for the website but it wouldn't let me, something about inclination, whatever that is and apparently they don't accept US zip codes. I e-mailed Hobby Search about this, should be getting a response soon.

hi guys, sorry for cutting in but, i have 1 question about this series and well, i just admit i kind of lazy to search in this whole nanoha thread, so i just ask away, and i though this merchandise thread is probably good place to ask.
is there a novel version in nanoha series? i finished watching all nanoha anime and have this "this series finished too fast" feeling for me. i like how things work out in nanoha world, magic but technology wise, and it set on modern (future?) world, so i though i want to get the novel if there any? anyone can help me on this? |

I'm not 100% sure, but I think there is. However, it is more of a "fill in the gap between A's and Strikers" thing I think, not an alt version of what has aired on TV. The reason I say this is I seem to remember that in one episode in Strikers the preview made some people think that something from the novels would be revealed next episode. I also seem to remember seeing a few threads about someone translating it, but with how many series forums I go to I could easily be mixing up Nanoha with something else.

Oh yes, there's a novel alright. However it paints a rather different picture of the TSAB than what the anime shows. I've only heard this second-hand, but apparently the novel says that Lindy had to call in a few favors to let Nanoha stay on Earth once they discovered her, which says some pretty bad things to me about the bureau's policies. I generally dismiss it as not being canon.
