Looking for Sport Animes

I'm looking for any anime related to sport.
I'm watching Major at the moment and already watched:

- Price of Tennis
- Wild Striker
- Buzzer beater
- The hole Captian Tsubasa Stuff
- Air Gear (i think its kind of sport anime)

umm I'd suggest hikaru no go, kinda classic i think.
thou take into account that while its a 100% sport anime it is about a board game so it might take some getting used to..

Hajime no Ippo is a mighty fine sports anime: my most favorite in fact. I thought Ippo was pretty down-to-earth more than Hungry Heart Wild Strikers - even though Hungry Heart Wild Strikers was a toned down version of Captain Tsubasa - and had a more realistic perspective on the actual sport rather than what Ring Ni Kakero did - similar to what Prince of Tennis is.

I second Hikaru no Go. Even though it's about a board game, you have to watch it if you're interested in sports anime. At least in HnG, you'll get a general understanding of the game's intricacies and depth (simple game to play yet can be very challenging) compared to Mahjong Legend Akagi where it lightly touches on the game's complexity (would have liked more of a dynamic play between all players instead of a 1v1 fight) and involves some tactics I found displeasing to take the series seriously except 1 game I found pretty damn well done.

I third Hikaru no Go

You could always try Slam Dunk, its one of the classics and is really good.
Initial D is another hugely popular one, once you can get pass the awful character designs especially in the first season, the rest become highly addictive

For newer ones, try
OverDrive, about biking
Ookiku Furikabute, also baseball
Eyeshield 21 - rugby
Ginban Kaleidoscope - ice skating

plus Angelic Layer, which I'm not sure whether it is counted as a sports anime, but its like virtual fighting using dolls

Thanks a lot to all.
I've already sae the Initial D Movie and it was great, much better than The fast and the furios. I tried to watch the first season, but it's really pritty ugly. Maybe i will give it another try.
Angelic Layer i watched some time a go, i really liked it, but i don't think its a sport anime.

After so many recommandations i think i will watch Hikaru no Go and maybe Ookiku Furikabute or Hajime no Ippo.

edit: Bah they are all licensed, that gives me a hard time, its not easy to get anime dvds in germany

I second Hajime no Ippo... one of the most rocky-like relationships ever. Really uplifting and motivational. It's 70+ eps though, but if you are looking for a sports anime, this has to be one you should watch.
