It's a contraction for "mono". This is often used at the end of sentences to emphasize what was said as the reason for something. For example:
"I'm not going to the zoo. I hate animals."
The Japanese version of the second sentence might use this to highlight this as the reason the speaker does not want to go. In English, we might do the same thing by adding "after all", e.g. "After all, I hate animals."
Its usage in the relevant Nanoha image is slightly different, though. Probably due to corruption of its original meaning, "mon" is often used like that when complaining, usually by girls.
