I'm afraid that I don't know the source, but I have an idea of how she got blood on her knuckles:

Because she just punched Satoko (who is currently lying under that chair) in the face with all her strength. That image is somewhat inaccurate though as I think that Rika should look more composed. She was very pissed off in that scene, but she nonetheless maintained some self control, e.g. by taking care not to hit Satoko too hard with the chair before planting it on top of her.

She never underwent the suffering that the Satoko in the other worlds did, as her family wasn't ostracized from the village. As a result she didn't develop any empathy towards others and she ended up becoming a spoiled, egotistical brat.

I'd have to say that it's a bit of both. I never had a problem with Satoko before, but when I read about how she was behaving I wanted to hit her myself.

I guess it's slightly better than being thrown into a wall...
