Ya notice the little colored box beside everyones name?
Some have it disabled, some have it enabled.
My question, what does it do?
Is there any point to it?

its just so ya can tell how useful someones posts are, if they get rated good alot then you will know that there posts are useful...and vice versa ^_^

what thingie repersents your reputation? is there like a key/legend i can look at?

You could know the exact value by looking at the user control panel page.

Why do you need a legend? It's not very hard: black box means it's disabled, green box means it's positive (the more boxes the greater it is) and red boxes mean negative.
