I'm currently playing as Liu Bei and i want to know where the 5 Tiger Generals are and what year they come out.

And any other good talented Generals?

Two of them should be with you already, and depending on which year your playing, they should be all with you.

For talented generals, just look at their stats (assuming they havent changed it alot from 1-8)

Year 189 A.D. Dong Zhou collition.

I got Guan Yu and Zhang Fei

Ma Chao is fight through like 20 cities... so in other words.

Wheres Huang Zhong and Zhao Yun

I'm not playing IX, but based on previous RoTK games & novel, shouldn't Zhao Yun (best darn general ever) be with Gongsun Zan? Huang Zhong should be with Jin Xuan.
