Otherwise, just compare Dilandau yelling/being excited to Conan yelling/being excited, and it's the same. |

Please tell me it's not a 1-liner like Riza in ep1.
Edit: Well, she had lines, and I can accept Maria being more womanly. Truth be told, Saiga-san's Maria is probably a little deep. Same thing with Hawkeye. Orikasa-san's version is definitely more gentle than Neya-san's. Oh, and Yukino Satsuki replaces Kuwashima Houko as Rose.

They seem to have gone with softer voices for nearly everyone in Brotherhood.
A shame in this case, cause I felt Saiga's Ross was perfect. How could they skip it? It's his character's introduction. They'll probably skip some of the dialogue (mostly Lust's speech on Lior's destruction) but the scene itself better still be there. |

Well i must say, i'm pleased with Takayama Minami using her Dilandau voice for Envy. Placing the two together in my head before this episode, and the match worked, though seeing it is completely different. Very pleased.

To be true I don't like new voices for characters. Old ones suited much more. The only one about whom I can't complain much is Roy. Although hearing Urahara's(Bleach) voice, I always expect him to get fan out of no where along with strip hat

Well, as I see it, VAs should be kept intact for sequels, to lend to the continuity. However, since this series is very different from the first, I don't mind voice changes, as long as you don't have radically different voices.
