Heh...heh heh. Mwhhahahahahahaha
I was about to look for that. (Go Yuki-sama Go) EDIT: Oh an unrelated note: I wonder if someone can find a clip to become a sequal to the "Hitler's reaction to Endless Eight" group of videos by making a reaction to the end of Endless Eight with Hitler video. It would need to be a different scene, I suppose from the same movie (not seen it), but it would be fitting I suppose to give it a conclusion...especially the one where they case Hitler as Kyon.

Nice.
Did find at least one troll version of the episode on Youtube...basically all normal until the end scene as Haruhi is leaving...instead of Kyon getting the firework in his hand idea, it reverts to the 7th episode...doors closed, homework not done, Kyon doesn't care anymore, roll credits....

Now that I've actually seen it... (I wanted to wait until it was finished )
The song chosen was perfect. Timing the scene transitions to match the song at points was also a nice touch. And I really love the little infinity symbol at the end. However, some of the transitions were a bit jarring, and I'm not really sure if any of the part from the 8th after Kyon finally says something to stop her should've actually included. After all, that part hadn't "been done before." *e* I do have one additional complaint: I really wish "I love you, dear" would've been lined up with one of Koizumi's "I RAB YUU"'s

btw, has anyone ever done, *just what i needed video? cause i swear that song is the perfect repsentation for kyon's feelings
i don't suppose you found out if he was attempting to play haruki, crossplay, it might be incorrect term for it. cause there's cross dressing crossplay, and cosplay, which i'm not sure what that'd be classiflied as Edit: i can hear him saying his reasoning but i can't make out what is being said Last edited by silvita; 2009-08-10 at 23:25. Someone needs to edit that Star Trek episode together with the voices of the SOS-dan from the Endless Eight episodes. Hearing Geordi talking about an "endless recursion of time" and Data rattling on about how many times they've repeated this and that would be hilarious...
Not to mention the humor inherent in casting Picard as either Haruhi or Kyon...

Odd that is was basically Dr. Crusher that gives them the first clues to the loops and is the most active at finding out what is going on. After that is is up to Data and La Forge.
Base problem is you have six mains instead of only five. But then Worf doesn't do all that much accept at the poker game...he could be filled in by say...Kyon's Sister? ("Kyon-kun dewa" coming out of the mouth of a Klingon....) (Troi does basically nothing of importance to the story) You'd have Crusher as Mikuru I suppose, unless you want her as Haruhi...in that case you'd have Picard as Mikuru (replacing the "All hands abandon ship" with Mikuru's crying or one of her "classified information" rants. Riker would be Kyon I guess. You got Itsuki and Yuki covered already.

If nobody else here volunteers to do this by Friday, I'll try it, but be forewarned... it'll be a Windows Movie Maker production, so I won't be able to keep the great Star Trek background music (WMM gives you very little in the way of editing options). I hope that somebody else steps up to the plate (somebody with a better program than WMM), but if not, I've done many weird mash-ups before, so I should be able to do at least a passable job with it.
