I would like to see continued Black Lagoon and Kuroshitsuji.
I heard that for both there shall be plans, 3rd season of BL and 2nd for Kuroshitsuji, but if that really is true, I am very unsure.

I enjoyed both of them very much.

Murder Princess anime (really desperate) because it's just too short, why is just six episode and here I love it since from the very beginning
and Nanoha series again, but I wish Nanoha has more screen time
Also Strawberry Panic, this is really desperate too.

K-ON!

It is the most popular series of 2009. The anime song album even hit top spot on the Oricon charts, even though it is rare for anime albums to get top 10 in the Oricon.

Kamen no Maid Guy!

We only have 12 episodes and we never get to see Naeka and Kousuke getting their grandfather's inheritance! >_<

I just finished watching that one, its a good series. ^_^
But I'm not sure how they would make a follow up, maybe a retelling.

Seto no Hanayome, omg I want this to be continued sooooo bad, but not with gonzo running on empty i feel that I may never see another seto no hanayome episode animated. This little quirky slice of life/ rom com is awesome with its pop culture refrences and lovely story about young love and trying to find love in a forced situation.

REC, this needs to be given real treatment, not that crappy half a slot bullshit the first series was. Ugh why don't these awesome romance /sol's get made, these series are really damn good. Garrrrr I want to rip out my hair

finally UBW route anime from F/SN nuff said.

Ouran High School/Koukou Host Club- the anime was going well and then dove off and ended so freakishly abruptly. The manga is ongoing. It hasn't gotten into any of the deeper character development stuff yet. (It skips some very good Hikaru and Kaoru conflict!!)

D.Gray-man- the manga is also ongoing!(albeit frequently on hiatus, apparently). Its very intricate and different for a shonen series. I've heard rumors that this one was coming back as soon as the mangaka settled down and came back regularly too, but some say that its definitely over. T_T I want more Lavi/Bookman development! More Noahs...

I'd like to see After the Juvenile as a manga to continue where Onani Master Kurosawa left off.
