anyone how to get the X,-,+ and = in there the one use for layer!

I assume he means the layer merge modes (multiplication, subtraction, addition and overlay) as those are the symbols used in the interface; but quite what he is asking I'm not sure.

X is the multiply layer, it allows you to add color without conflicting much with the other layers. It lets you color over the layers.

- is the subtraction layer, it lets you darken colors, its like the burn dogde in adobephotoshop.

+ is the addtion layer, it lets you lighten colors, in other words, highlight... for hair, or what ever you want shiny.

= layer is the standard layer, it acts like another layer, but with this layer you can use colors and draw over the previous layers its on top of.
