So, this past weekend, I attended PAX East with my best friend...but we also had some guests along, namely one Moczo and his own childhood friend. While my buddy took a crapton of pictures, we only got a few of ourselves. Here's what we've got.

On Friday, before Moczo and Moczo-friend arrived, my buddy and I were cosplaying as the main duo from "Automata", one of the serious storylines Penny Arcade has written over the years. He is on the left as Detective Regal, and I am on the right as Carl, his partner.

Spoiler for Cosplay:

It's not really visible because the lighting in the queue area wasn't the best, but while we were waiting outside the concert hall for the night's line up (The Protomen, MC Frontalot and Metroid Metal), Moczo wore a pipe-cleaner jellyfish on his head!

Spoiler for Cnidarian tentacles whyyyy!?:

On Sunday, we realized that we didn't have a picture of the whole group. A girl was kind enough to take a picture of all four of us, but apparently we don't have that one up yet. In the interim, here's the picture my friend took of the rest of us. From left to right, Moczo-friend, myself, Moczo.

Next year, I'm going as Rockman X and I'm going to try to get in the front row for Protomen. =)

I... ... I so much regret not arriving in time to see the Carl costume in person. That is just AWESOME.

As for the rest, I can't help but think that for some reason I look far more natural in the jellyfish photo than the group one. Not sure why.

My buddy has the full group photo, along with one of the me, and one of me, Ricky, and Ricky-friend. I will pester him to get them to me.
