Unfortunately, I don't have the faintest idea. I just thought it would be cool if Gilgamesh were able to meet Enkidu during the Grail War: "Hey mongr- ... you?"

The closest thing to an official design for Enkidu is Fate/strange fake's Enkidu, which looks nothing like that fanart.
