Take the premise of Afrika, swap out the jungles and exotic animals for warzones and soldiers, and you'll have an idea of what Warco (itself a slang contraction of 'war correspondent') is about. If the relevant Gamespot news entry is to be believed, some of the dev team came to DD by way of Pandemic Studios - which would be amusing, given that said a mission in the first Mercenaries games had you escort such an individual around.

Looks to me interesting enough to merit continued observation...
