What about Love Hina again? Does that finish the story like the manga or is it just a way to milk profit on a popular series? And how does this series compare to other romantic comedies such as Chobit and Fruits Baskets (only ones i've seen) is it as good or better? Or do you think people only feel it's better because it came first?

If u read the manga its not worht watching. FORTUNATELY i watched before i read. So i wasnt disappointed w/ the anime, i was amazed at the manga. ITs a good anime i guess, Naru and motoko looks so much like crap in the anime tho. Manga makes them look waaaaaaaaaaaaaay beter.

*read the manga before watching the anime*
Yes, the manga is the greatest thing I've ever seen produced by Japan I was disappointed with the anime, but I liked Love Hina Again better than the TV series. I thought that the animation was better, and it was more like the manga (but still far from it). I've read all 14 volumes of the manga 6 or 7 times now I even imported the bi-lingual version to help me learn more Japanese So yeah, if you haven't been exposed to LH before, then go ahead and watch the anime first, since most people who haven't read the manga and watched the anime seem to enjoy it. But make SURE you get your hands on the manga somehow, and you will be like Oh and by the way, in my opinion, the following animes are ordered: Fruits Basket > Chobits > Love Hina |

that was just a blunt statement regarding "the whole reflecteds alot to in real life"...
As for me, on the contrary, I avoid girls like the black plague of death that come to suck your sympathy/emotions, and your wallet dry! P.S there already is an anime reflecting on my biography. Its called SUPER MEGA GENIUS LUCKY COOL EXTREMELY HANDSOME TEEN IDOL! Now in stereo! Go buy it today at your nearest video store! Last edited by luckme10; 2003-12-13 at 05:18. |
