-The party ends, though Takeshi's unsure whether or not it was a good or bad memory for everyone, though he'll never forget it. After cleaning up, he heads for the hot springs, while everyone else has gone off to do their own things.
-He thinks about Tsugumi's cold stare. He then comes across Tsugumi, who says "Can I have a minute?" He mentions how surprised he was that he showed everyone Chami, slightly embarrassing her.
-Just as Tsugumi's about to tell him something, You comes running up to him yelling, thinking he was the one who scribbled on the back of the statue (despite Coco trying to say otherwise). She then attacks Takeshi, managing to throw him down on his back, knocking him out for a short bit.
-Coco asks Takeshi if he's okay when he wakes up. While he was unconscious, Coco explained the truth to You, so she gives a half-hearted apology, and tells Coco she understands her quite well for wanting to leave proof she lived behind.
(She says this in a very casual voice, but as we know, her reasons for saying this are obvious).
-Takeshi briefly thinks about leaving proof you lived behind, and wonders- "Have I left anything behind?" He gets up, but doesn't see Tsugumi. Coco points where she went. Remembering it seems like Tsugumi had something she wanted to say, he goes towards where she is.
-She's at the Qualle. She asks him what business he has with her, and Takeshi asks "Didn't you have something to say?" She says "It doesn't matter, you'll be in the way right now." He then asks how going on the Qualle would be in the way. She says "... Not really." And so, the two of them go back in the Qualle.
-In the Qualle, Tsugumi says she's misunderstood Takeshi, and asks if he remembered what he said back at the party, "We're all companions... So our relations won't end here. They're only just beginning from now on."
-She says he was wrong- they're just strangers, and companions are just a burden. She tells him to stop saying that. "At the very least, I'm not one of you people!" and tells him to cut the comrade crap.
-Takeshi asks "But haven't we helped each other out up until now?" She replies it was for her own goals, not for their sake. Takeshi points out she rescued Coco. With a brief pause, she says that was just because she wanted to die. Takeshi says, "No, you're absolutely wrong! Someone who wanted to die wouldn't save someone else!! In order to save your companion, you just did a natural action as a human!"
-Tsugumi keeps denying it, and asks where he gets off talking like that to her. Takeshi then apologizes a bit, but says what he wants to say is that they're all companions, so naturally, he thought of Tsugumi as one of them. She calls him a hypocrite again, and that "I'm alone, so I prefer to be alone... That's why I have no companions, and won't make any from now on."
-Takeshi says she must have at least one, and she once again asserts she has no companions. Takeshi then asks "You have Chami, don't you?" She goes "Chami?" and Takeshi says yes, Chami is important to her, and that means she's not alone, that she has a companion. She says "companion", then spreads her hands, Chami getting onto them.
-Tsugumi says yes, Chami might be her only companion. Takeshi thinks that that does mean she has companions. She then starts gripping Chami tightly.
Tsugumi: "Hey, if I grip any further, do you know what will happen? Do you know what the result will be?"
-Takeshi yells at her to stop, getting out of his seat to physically stop her. She then pushes him aside, and continues to squeeze Chami. She squeezes him more and more, and finally, the screen turns red as she crushes him.
(Oh God, you can actually hear Chami squealing in this version, and in the textbox right before she crushes him, you hear his bones slowly breaking...)
