A) Tokyo Marathon uses a lottery system with a 90% rejection rate.
B) No way would I run one dressed as anything, as I'm still self-conscious about my finishing time.
C) I'm not a cross-dresser.

On that note, it would be sweet to run Tokyo...

EDIT: And browsing through these Japanese races. And viewing course maps. Many of 'em are "out-and-back" type courses. Blah. I prefer loop or point-to-point courses. Nagano appears to be a good course (except, that's up in the mountains).

Ooo this course. Right around a lake.

However, it's in November... ;.;

You're right, I had no idea such a group existed.

I love the idea with the charity/aid project. I love running, but I never been to japan before, so I would rather hike around. Crazy idea but maybe get a GPS unit so people can track you online where you are, and maybe, just maybe some locals could provide some assistance, like showing around some rural location that are not listed in every tour guide book.

But yeah, if I ever get the chance to get to japan this year, Fuji Rock Festival for sure.
